Teaser Tuesdays! #1



I've decided to add another weekly meme to TToria, 'Teaser Tuesday's' hosted by Should be reading over at Wordpress.
From what i've read so far it seems like a lot of fun & a great way to introduce books!
Here's what they have to say and the instructions should you want to take part...And of course, my answer.



Every Tuesday, check out the posts here at SHOULD BE READING for the “Teaser Tuesdays” weekly event! For this event, you do the following, based off a popular meme that has been floating around the blogging / book-group circles for quite some time…
-Grab your current read

-Let the book fall open to a random page

-Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.

-You also need to share the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from … that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
There is only one VERY IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER:

*** Do NOT post anything that could spoil the plot of the book!!! ***

If your sentences that fall between lines 7 and 12 on the page you turn to give too much away, choose a different page, or a different spot on the page… we don’t want to ruin any surprises for anyone!

My Answer:

From book Alison Wonderland by Helen Smith.



"The Government should issue warnings in the same way they do for young people taking drugs at raves ( drink half a litre of water an hour, take plenty of breaks, be safe).

This edgy novel is full of humour & clever dialogue so far, looking forward to reading the rest!

  3. Too thick tights? LOL. I have never worn tights before.. But you can actually faint from wearing a thick one? Lol, cool.
