Dirty Little Secret #8

To join in the fun all you need to do is:
1. Be a follower of Under the Covers.
2. Create a post in your blog taking the meme image and copy instructions.
3. Answer the question they propose! This can be done in any way you like, post a video, write a post etc.

"Say you're hosting a Christmas dinner party. Which three fictional characters would you like to invite?"

I'm really finding this a tough one to answer!

First i thought of a girly dinner including Sookie from Charlaine Harris' series. She is quite funny, i think there'd be some laughs to be had. But no thank you to the whole mind reading thing...
Then Sin from the Demonica series by Larissa Ione. But risking her getting pissed off over my terrible cooking and giving me a disease? Erm, definitely no thank you!
Anita (Laurell K.Hamilton's Anita Blake series) came as a thought too, but really despite her ass-kicking abilities she is rather dull! I'd love a shot of her Browning though!

Humour would be an important factor i think, there's nothing like a good laugh. So here are the characters i've chosen based on that requirement. Yep, they are total eye-candy too :-)
First off i'd invite Master vamp, Bones, from Jeaniene Frost's Night Huntress series.
I just found him hilarious and oh so charming in Halfway to the Grave. I really need to get round to reading the rest of the series!

Secondly, Seminus demon, Wraith, from The Demonica series by Larissa Ione. Sarcastic and full of humourous one-liners, i'd have a ball.

And lastly, Damon from the Vampire Diaries (L.J Smith)
Who wants a goody-goody brother like Stefan when you can have the mischief Damon provides. It certainly wouldn't be boring. Oh, the fictional character would certainly have to look like Ian Somerhalder who plays him in the T.V program adaptation!
Just look at those eyes!

would also be welcome, as long as they kept their brooding to a minimum, joined in the laughs or just sat looking pretty.
I'd also have dobby in the kitchen. Hehe.
What? He wouldn't be a guest, it'd be aloud!
Who would you invite?

  2. "joined in the laughs or just sat looking pretty." LMAO!!!
Oh, I totally agree about the girls. It'd be nice to talk to them for a bit, but throughout a whole dinner? Hum... not so sure. ;)
Oh, Wraith would be the cherry on top! *-*

thanks for following! I loved your blog, so, following back. :)

  3. OMG!!! I picked Bones too...nothing like a hot and sexy vampire to get a party started right! Wraith would be hilarious! I love his sense of humor....that would be a blast! And Damon would....so drool worthy and snarky in his own right! Wonderful picks!! My DLS!

  4. I agree with you...I would need some humor and fun-doers (is that a word?). Anita Blake would be extremely boring. I love your list!
